Wow! That is all I have to say about this week and the upcoming weekend. We leave tonight as soon as Richard gets home from work to get the boys. I can’t wait to see them. It is really hard with them living so far away. We cherish every moment we have with them.
Sunday, Christmas eve, is going to be spectacular. We have 4 services at our church. Sunday morning services at 8 and 10:15. And then the wonderful Candles and Carols service at 7 and 11 pm. Lots of special music, a harpist, scripture readings, and of course every member of the congregation lighting candles in total darkness. What a sight. The Joy singers will be singing a song at 11 with the bell choir and the Chancel choir. They have practiced hard and I am so proud of them. (I am the Joy Singers director)
